We recommend a clear, flat area of about 15x15 feet and, if indoors, approximately 12 ft of ceiling height. The simulator works great in driveways, garages, yards, event halls, and even indoors.

All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure their date/time. Bookings are a first come first serve basis. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event start date. If the customer cancels more than 14 days in advance, Pin High Mobile Golf may refund a portion of the deposit, after deducting any non-recoverable costs or fees incurred. Rescheduling is available for events cancelled with less than 14 days' notice. If the event is not rescheduled, the deposit will be forfeited. If the customer cancels within 7 days of the event, the deposit shall be forfeited. If cancelled within 2 days of the event, the customer will be responsible for 100% of the rental fee, and no refunds will be issued.

We’re proudly based in Southeast Michigan and serve events throughout Macomb County. Not sure if you are in range? Just ask us, and we are happy to check for you. If outside our service area, a minimum 4-hour or 5-hour booking will be required (based on the total distance outside of the travel area). A travel fee may be included in the price if outside of our normal service area. This fee will vary depending on how far outside the service area you are. Please reach out so we can get you an accurate quote.

The sooner, the better! Our weekends fill up fast, especially during spring and fall. Reach out early to lock in your date. With the grad party season upon us, there are limited spots available. We recommend arriving 90-120 minutes before your event to ensure everything is ready to go. The setup and teardown of equipment are always included.

Absolutely! Kids, teens, adults — everyone loves taking a swing. Upon request, we can provide free of charge, both left hand and right-handed clubs for adults and a set for kids.

Yes! Our setup works great outdoors. Shaded or covered areas are ideal, but we’ll help you decide what works best based on your space.

Just the space. If there is a standard 120V electrical outlet to plug into, that is great! We bring everything else: screen, turf, clubs, balls, and smiles. If an electrical outlet is not available, we have a portable generator to provide power. Either way, you are covered!

We provide both Right and Left-handed Adult golf clubs as well as kids' clubs, included in your booking at no extra charge. If you or your guests want to use your own clubs/setup, we highly encourage that as well! When booking, please note in the comment section if you wish to have clubs included in your rental.
