For most outdoor events, we recommend a clear area of approximately 20 ft × 20 ft with at least 15 ft of overhead clearance for our full-size mobile golf simulator setup. Some indoor or compact setups can work in smaller spaces, depending on ceiling height and venue layout. If you're unsure whether your space will work, send us the dimensions and we’ll confirm the best setup for your event.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the scheduled event.Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit after any non-recoverable costs or fees are deducted. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, we may allow the booking to be rescheduled to another available date. If the event is not rescheduled, the deposit is forfeited.Cancellations within 7 days of the event result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event require payment of the full rental amount and are non-refundable.
