Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve their date and time. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before setup. If the customer cancels more than 14 days in advance, Pin High Mobile Golf may refund a portion of the deposit, after deducting any non-recoverable costs or fees incurred. Rescheduling is available for events cancelled more than 14 days in advance. If the event is not rescheduled, the deposit will be forfeited. If the customer cancels within 7 days of the event, the deposit shall be forfeited. If cancelled within 2 days of the event, the customer will be responsible for 100% of the rental fee, and no refunds will be issued
